Buying & downloads
How do I buy a digital product?
Sign in, open the product page and select Buy Now. Pay through the configured gateway; downloads become available after server-side payment verification.
Where is my purchase?
Open Dashboard → My Library. If the order is paid but the item is missing, send Support your order reference.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests follow the published refund policy and applicable law. Contact Support with your order reference and reason.
Selling & affiliates
When will a product appear?
Every new product must be approved by a Super Admin. Listings that change sensitive fields may require another review.
How do affiliate links work?
Create a unique link from an eligible approved product. Qualifying verified purchases can be attributed to the affiliate based on configured rules.
Are commissions paid instantly?
Wallet credits can be recorded after verified payment. Withdrawals depend on eligibility rules, manual review where configured and payment-provider processing.
WhatsApp support and notifications
Click-to-chat links can prefill payment receipts, debt reminders or support messages to a phone number you enter. The sender must press Send in WhatsApp. Fully automatic WhatsApp delivery requires a WhatsApp Business API provider.
